I want to setup the VPN in firefox but the instructions refer to the VPN icon which is not visible to me. When I try to add it to the toolbar the instructions say to click more tools from the menu at the top right, but there isn't a selection called more tools.

For years using firefox, I have had all of the bookmarks and login information retained by Firefox on my old HP laptop, but after buying a new Windows 11 Laptop and performing the Firefox syncing, none of the bookmarks/favorites and none of the password (and other items that used to self-populate) are there on my now machine. This has caused an emergency situation since my old laptop is now fatally broken. I'm wondering how to start diagnosing what the problem is, whether the "syncing" actually occurred within my account, while the syncing process indicated no problem. The new machine has it's own Bookmarks toolbar showing, but only contains a few new bookmarks that I have manually added.

(I think) after the Today's update to version 152, FF stopped showing the blank page in "Home Page" and "New Tab". Instead a (kinda) violet page with a centered search bar is shown :/

Yesterday, after being notified that an upgrade was available, I executed the upgrade to version 152.0.

The upgrade completed successfully with my eight tabs populating on the left side along with a new tab showing all the features of the new upgrade.

I opened my Gmail tab and my Yahoo mail tab. Eventually, Firefox froze up, saying it was Not Responding. I looked at Task Manager and saw that Firefox was continuing to grab up memory. I ended the Firefox process in Task Manager.

I then opened it again and deleted all the tabs except for one. It continued to grab up memory.

I then opened it in Troubleshooting mode. It errored out, and I sent the report to Firefox support.

The only thing that has changed is the fact that I ran the upgrade to Firefox. Nothing else has changed.

Firefox has been my go-to browser for years. I am using Chrome as my access to the internet now, and cringe every time I go into it.

I hope and pray that you can bring my Firefox friend back to me.

~ Kyle P.S. I just tried getting information from about:support. I was able to copy the raw data and then the application crashed. I sent the Crash Report to you folks. The raw data I pasted in the Troubleshooting Information box.

so for a few months, i was using the widgets in firefox which are the to-do list and focus timer. but one fine day (i guess the browser updated) the widgets have disappeared and i cannot find them in the settings or the customise option on the main screen. my current firefox version: 151.0.4 (64-bit). i have also selected the option for "Check for updates but let you choose to install them" but it auto updates. firefox gives me the option to roll back to 152.0.1.

i want the widgets back.

Why i need every time i restart the firefox esr accept the cudy.net certificate? Look the picture.

Is there a way to add it as exclude this certificate and NOT ask me every time i restart the firefox esr to accept this certificate?

The actual version of Firefox is full of options. It is not so good. It is more difficult to find the old options. I am not findig the actual number of the version.

While playing Free Games.org and Free Mahjong also on AOL Mail Firefox crashes after a few moments. I performed security scans and restarted, still crashing.

The Vertical tab AI, where you can connect your AI, is stuck on my work email. Everytime I click to go to my premium personal account it opens a new tab to use the full view option, but i dont want that. I want to use the vertical tab version. The vertical tab version does not switch accounts.

My BOA bookmark on my Firefox browser changed appearance. My BOA bookmark is one I downloaded only once I was in my BOA account and felt very certain of its authenticity. This is disturbing and frightening. I rely on that bookmark to access my finances. Did Firefox do this? I just contacted BOA and they said they did not do this. They said you most likely did this. Why would you do this? This makes me feel I would be logging into a scam site if I click on it. Why would you change the appearance of a crucial to ME site like this?

YouTube videos have been lagging on Firefox lately on my PC (Windows 11 Home, Firefox 152). I have tried some fixes with no success (clearing the cache, deleting YouTube cookies, using the User-Agent Switcher, etc.) Other browsers appear to be unaffected.
